I integrated real-time brain simulation on SpiNNaker neuromorphic board with the experiment execution pipeline on Neurorobotics platform. While dealing with spike synchronization issues I proposed trading spike-level experiment reproducibility (synchrony) for functional-level experiment reproducibility to gain simulation speed.
